THE START
WASN'T EASY.

It was still a beginning.

Kurt grew up in a poor, broken family in Tagum City, Philippines. His grandparents raised him.

He studied from Grade 7 through Grade 10 but didn't finish high school or complete K–12. The classroom stopped. The learning didn't. What he couldn't be taught in school, he kept learning through work, curiosity, and doing things himself.

WHY HE BUILDSFAMILY / FREEDOM / THE LONG TERM

MORE THAN A NUMBER

A different beginning for the next generation.

Kurt wants to build businesses, retire early and travel—but the deeper goal is to give his future child a more secure beginning than the one he had.

Believing before there is support.

Kurt describes his entrepreneurial ambitions as a path he has had to believe in without the support he hoped for. Wanting to build a business, retire early and travel can feel lonely when the people around him do not share that vision. He is choosing to keep learning and working toward it anyway.

A childhood he does not want to repeat.

His ambition is personal. He does not want his future child to grow up with the hardship and uncertainty he experienced. He wants to offer stability, room to learn and the freedom to make choices without survival deciding everything first. He cannot rewrite his own childhood, but he wants to help shape a different one for the next generation.

Freedom to choose how he lives.

For Kurt, entrepreneurship is a way to work toward that freedom: to own what he builds, have more control over his time, retire early and see more of the world. Travel is part of the dream, but so is having time to be present for the family he hopes to build.

KURT'S NUMBER ONE GOALWEALTH / PARKING LOT LINE STRIPING / THE FUTURE

His goal: build wealth and America's biggest parking lot line striping company.

This is a future vision, not a claim of current wealth, contracts, crews or national market position.

Kurt Anthony Morales has a number-one goal. He wants to build wealth and, one day, build the biggest parking lot line striping company in America. He is saying what he is aiming for, not announcing what he owns today. The distance between those two things is real. He wants to close it by learning the work, earning trust, and building a business strong enough to last.

He learned early that money changes the room you have to make choices. In Tagum City, his grandparents raised him, and he left school after Grade 10. Those details are part of his life, not a pitch for sympathy. He knows the difference between having a plan and having a cushion when the plan fails. He wants more room for his future family than he had growing up.

The years in construction and painting taught him something less glamorous than a success story: materials need preparation, people need to show up, and the details at the edges still matter. Event organizing added a different kind of pressure, with timing and other people depending on the result. None of that makes him a national striping contractor. It does explain why a practical, visible kind of work appeals to him.

A parking lot is easy to overlook until the lines are faded, the turns are confusing, or a space is hard to use. Kurt's ambition is to build a company that takes that work seriously. He would need to understand layout, equipment, safety, scheduling, and the responsibility that comes with sending a crew to a site. The first honest step is learning what good work requires; the largest company in the country cannot be claimed into existence with a logo.

He has a $10 million target in mind, but a target is not money in the bank. Wealth, in his vision, would mean a safer start for the child he hopes to raise, freedom to spend time with family, and the ability to decide what comes next without survival making every decision. He wants that through a business that does useful work and pays for its growth, not through a title somebody grants him.

If the company grows, he wants the growth to mean something beyond more parking lots on a map. It would mean doing the same careful work again with people who have the tools and training to do it well. He can imagine starting with one local job, then earning the next instead of promising a coast-to-coast operation before the first job is done. That is a direction, not a claim that those jobs or crews already exist.

There will be attempts that do not work. A bid might be lost. A new method might waste time or money. An idea he loves might have to be abandoned. Kurt can accept that kind of failure without treating it as a verdict on his whole future. He would rather face what went wrong, learn from it, stand back up, and try a better way than defend a bad decision out of pride.

The move to Las Vegas in March 2022 gave him a different place to build from. He is also learning web design, Rust, and cybersecurity, using local AI agents to practice. Those interests do not magically create a striping company. They do show how willing he is to teach himself, ask for help, and work with unfamiliar tools. He can use that same patience to study a business he wants to build.

No timeline can guarantee he will become the biggest, and he does not need to pretend otherwise. The number-one goal is still worth writing down: build wealth, build a parking lot line striping company that could grow across America, and give his future family more choices. When something fails, he intends to name it, adjust the plan, and get back to work. That is the part he can control today.
